		<description>I think we should all remember why Google does not like duplicate content. It goes back to providing the highest quality search engine for its users, and they don&#039;t want the first 10 search results to yield the same exact content. From a usability standpoint, that can be frustrating! When you think of it like that, it makes perfect sense why some dup content pages may be de-indexed.  I DO agree with trying to minimize duplicate content as much as possible. Still, it does become harder and harder these days to do so, with so many websites feeding in information into other sites. This isn&#039;t always done to be spammy - but rather, to share the information through other outlets, in order to reach more people that may not have seen the content otherwise. I think this is part of the reason the dup content issue has softened slightly. </description>
